  • Once shipped, a tracking number will be shared via email.

  • You can track your order via the courier partner's website using the tracking link provided.

3. Delays & Issues

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by weather conditions, incorrect addresses, or courier delays.

  • If your order is delayed beyond the expected timeframe, please contact us at support@aaruvi.com with your order number.

4. Address Accuracy

  • Please ensure all shipping information is correct at the time of checkout.

  • We are not liable for lost or undelivered packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

5. Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or military addresses at this time.

  • During promotional periods or major holidays, processing and delivery times may be slightly extended.
